David Proctor joins ACMC as Deputy Executive Director

Former Chief of the Royal New Zealand Navy, Rear Admiral (rtd) David Proctor has joined ACMC as Deputy Executive Director 

David recently retired after a distinguished 37-year career year in the Royal New Zealand Navy, culminating in his role as Chief of Navy. Other posts included Chief of Logistics (United Nations Mission), the New Zealand Senior Officer in support of Timor-Leste and Chief of Defence Strategy and Governance.

David has previously been posted to Canberra, he is a graduate and fellow of the Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies.
