Rachel has been working as the Rule of Law Project Officer at the Centre since August 2010. She has a keen interest in the legal and social complexities that arise in a post-conflict setting and issues surrounding protection of civilians in peace operations, in particular the impact of conflict on women.
In 2009 she graduated from the Australian National University with Arts (Hons)/Law. She is also currently studying for her Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies at Sydney University.
Rachel completed numerous components of her study overseas, including a Traineeship at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Headquarters in Paris.
